This is the first painting made using my newly gessoed batch of panels. I'm sure other artists understand how thrilling it it to have a beautiful batch of freshly crafted panels. This is a one of many charming Canadian churches. I guess churches and train tracks are becoming history here in Canada. Sigh.

401 Blue Bridge November
Coincidentally, today I met a lady who called it "Johnny's Bridge", because her uncle John used to raise and lower it years ago.
I wonder if the new bridge will be as paintable.

I keep losing count. About a dozen pigeons enjoying a lovely winter day on my feeder.
