Anderson Hill, 8x10, acrylic on canvas

I was ready for today's Alfrescoe paint out. I prepared all my gear before turning in last night. Even premixed some nice grays that could be useful today.
This morning it was raining. No matter, a real artist wouldn't let a little rain stop them. Off I went to Anderson Hill.
I was the first one there. I got first dibs on a spot. I started painting. It rained. I was the only one there. I felt smug, but a little lonely. After a while another Alfrescoe "Greg" showed up. He informed me that it was Thursday and he was just checking out the spot for tomorrows painting.
Wrong day. What will I be like in 10 years.
Tomorrow I think I'll paint the Gary Oaks near the park's gateway.
