This building stands on its own on St Catherine East, Near UQUAM. Many years ago it stood inconspicuously between other edifices like itself. But now it stands alone on the edge of vacant lots. 

729 Thunderbird Totem Poles

I've wanted to paint the Totem Poles in Thunderbird Park for some time. It began raining and since I was using oils they were mixing  Slippery as water and oil don't mix. I started this sienna underpainting and laid opaque color on top.
