I went to a friends garden and painted other artist friends painting.

I picked 5 of these very fragrant clematis last night intending to paint them in a jar this morning. However, only one survived the night so here it is in a little bulb vase.

482 Totem Pole on Forest Floor

This beautiful totem pole called Hosaqami, is laying on its side at Government House. I love the way moss and grass has taken a foothold in it's nooks and crannies.

I painted out at the grounds of Government House this foggy and wet morning. The flowers were brilliant though and the sun peeked through for a few minutes.
