447 Blue Bridge, Knife Painting

SOLD
It was a rainy, snowy, sunny day here in Victoria. Typical for this time of year I guess. Well this is the Blue Bridge from Fisherman's ward, a knife painting. The actual painting is less blue. I just couldn't adjust it right.

404 Blue Bridge

sold
This is today's effort. A studio painting. Pardon the darkness and glare as I painted and photographed it indoors. I didn't appreciate the value shift with the acrylics when they dry. I might try this with oils. I quite like looming bridge in the background.

Empress Nocturne, acrylic, 16x20

SOLD
I painted this this morning. It was foggy and looked like rain so I painted instead of going to the causeway. Now I've done my painting the sun has come out. I'm heading out to the causeway now with this painting. Wonder if someone will buy it today.
